Chuvé Founding Member & Referral Program — Official Rules

Effective date: [Month DD, 2026]

1. Sponsor

These Official Rules ("Rules") govern the Chuvé Founding Member and Referral Program ("Program") run by [Legal name], a sole proprietor doing business as Chuvé in Seoul, Republic of Korea ("Chuvé," "we," "us"). Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not responsible for, this Program.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old when they join and who live in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited. No purchase is necessary to pre-register as a Founding Member or to share a gift link.

3. Program periods

• Pre-registration: begins [Start date, 2026] and ends when the Chuvé iOS app becomes available on the App Store (planned for November 20, 2026).
• Referral period: begins when the app becomes available and ends December 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
• All times are determined by our server clock.

4. Founding Members

4.1 Numbering

Founding Member numbers (No. 1, No. 2, and so on) are assigned in the order valid pre-registrations are recorded by our server. One number per email address.

4.2 Benefits

All benefits are delivered through Apple's App Store offer code system and require an Apple ID and a compatible iPhone. Every Chuvé product is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may differ in-app if Apple's local pricing applies.

4.3 How to claim

• After launch, we email a personal Founding Pass link to the address you pre-registered with. Open it on your iPhone after installing Chuvé. If you lose access, use Find your Founding Pass in the app to get a new link.
• 7-Day Kit: the free Kit offer can be redeemed until the expiration date shown with your offer code (up to 6 months after launch).
• Program offer: must be redeemed by December 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

4.4 One offer per member

Only one program offer can be used per Founding Member. Founding Members No. 1–1,000 may choose Stage 1 free or the Full Program for $9.99, not both.

5. Referral program ("Give the first week to a friend")

5.1 How it works

Chuvé doesn't use device fingerprinting or cross-app tracking, so a referral counts only when your invited friend:

1. installs the Chuvé iOS app;
2. taps your gift link again after installing, which connects the referral; and
3. reaches Day 7 (Reveal) of the 7-Day Kit by the end of the Referral period.

5.2 Reward

When two (2) invited friends each reach Day 7 through your link, you earn one (1) Stage 1 offer code (value $9.99), delivered as an Apple Offer Code. You can use it yourself to unlock Stage 1, or, if you already own Stage 1, give it to a friend. Limit: [1] referral reward per person during the Referral period.

5.3 Notice and claim

We'll notify you in the app within 7 days of qualifying. You must redeem the offer code within 14 days of that notice.

6. General conditions

• Founding Passes, gift links, benefits, and offer codes are personal. They can't be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• We may disqualify anyone and cancel benefits obtained by tampering, automated sign-ups, fake or disposable email addresses, self-referrals, or other abuse, or by breaking these Rules or our Terms of Use.
• If the Program can't run as planned (for example, because of technical failure or an App Store change), we may change or end it. We'll honor benefits already earned, or provide something of equal or greater value.

Information collected for the Program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://chuve.app/privacy.

8. Governing terms

These Rules are part of our Terms of Use at https://chuve.app/terms. If the two conflict on the Program, these Rules apply.
